What is your return policy?

We accept returns on all non customised items. Drop us a message within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will sort out the rest. Returns must be sent in their original condition and unused.

How do you ship orders?

All orders are posted by Royal Mail 2nd class. If you require tracking or faster shipping please upgrade your delivery at checkout.

Are our bracelets suitable for children?

Due to small parts our jewellery is not suitable for children aged 6 and under. Children aged between 7 and 10 should always be supervised when wearing our jewellery.
