Scottish Gaelic Wish Bracelet
Scottish Gaelic Wish Bracelet
Miann beag à Alba (A little wish from Scotland).
Scottish Gaelic is one of the original languages of Scotland and is still used today in parts of the highlands and the Hebrides. This would make a lovely gift or souvenir to send to a friend or family member.
The text on the card reads :
Dùin do shùilean agus dèan miann mar a cheanglas tu do bracelet air do chaol-dùirn
Nuair a bhios do bracelet a ‘caitheamh air falbh bidh do mhiann air an t-slighe
Please note the text on the card uses Scottish Gaelic.
The bracelet uses eco friendly and biodegradable hemp cord with a silver plated thistle charm. The hemp cord is 1 mm thick and approximately 30 cm in length. Once tied on your wrist any excess cord can be cut off. It is then presented on recycled card about half the size of a postcard (A7 size 74 mm x 105 mm) and enclosed in a clear cellophane pouch.
All our wish bracelets are handmade and our cards are designed and printed in our studio in Sanquhar, south west Scotland.
